Being an athlete comes with the great responsibility of taking care of your body. We wanted to share with you a smoothie recipe that provides the everyday athlete with a high amount protein and a great amount of micronutrients.
In a blender, mix these ingredients:
1 scoop of a protein powder of your choice
1 cup of Vanilla Almond Milk
1 handful of spinach
1 Banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
Ice (if preferred)
You can replace the blueberries with a variety of other fruits:
Strawberries
Raspberries
Blackberries
Cantaloupe
Mango
Pineapple
